Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Before treatments, you can undress to your comfort level or use the spa wrap provided.

Should I bring valuables to the spa?

We recommend leaving valuables such as jewelry at home. Fix Head Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Can I request adjustments during my treatment?

Yes. If you'd like any adjustments during your session, such as room temperature, music volume, or treatment intensity, just let your therapist know.

Is gratuity included in the price of services?

Gratuity is not included in the price of services. Our therapists work hard to provide the best possible experience, and tipping is customary.

Where is Fix Head Spa located and what are your hours?

Fix Head Spa & Beyond is located at 450 North Cedar Bluff Road, Knoxville, TN 37923. We are open Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 3 PM. We are closed Monday and Wednesday.

Fix Head Spa was an all around AMAZING experience! The owner, Michelle, was there to greet us, check us in, and give us refreshments to start. Then, our massage specialists came to take us to our room, and the ambiance was perfect! There was beautiful music playing softly overhead, and the lights were low making it easy to relax. The beds were warm and comfortable, and once we were laid down and covered with a blanket, we were offered an additional weighted blanket for even MORE comfort! Then the massage started and I have never felt more relaxed in my life during a massage! This is the best part of getting your haircut, but it lasts for a whole hour! They also massaged our hands, arms, chest, and shoulders. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for this experience!

This was the best experience! The best part about getting your hair done is the 3-5 minute shampoo massage you might get if you're lucky, this spa focuses specifically on massaging the scalp and it was absolute perfection! Now you can get that lengthy shampoo massage you wish would last longer at your hair appointment! I'll definitely be back regularly! Destiny was amazing, and you'll be so glad you booked with her!

Today is my birthday and my daughter treated me to a head spa service. I won't lie, initially I had assumed it was merely an overpriced shampoo. I could not have been more wrong. It was so much more than that. It was therapeutic, spiritual, healing and very much so needed. I cried all the way through in my head.
